3. Go over the list of guests with your companion.

It is highly important to come up with a guest list that is jointly agreed on by you and your future better half. Critical because you both would not want to start and mark the start of your life together feeling bad that you left out someone. Having an actual list will guide you and have that list handy. Make a copy and give that copy to your better half so that as you along, you both might remember somebody and would need to check out the list for confirmation.
